As a Certified Independent Partner with the Trust Edge Leadership Institute, Jessica works directly with your leaders to inspire a shift in how they think about trust. Using various assessments, she can understand your current trust levels and help identify a path forward to building more trusted relationships – both vertically and horizontally. Jessica can help equip leaders with tools that increase trust levels and continue to reinforce trust principles with their workforce.
Our leadership development programs consist of individual coaching, group training and workshop programs, or both, depending on specific individual and organizational needs.
Creating a Culture of Trust
A trusted work environment is more crucial now than ever with leaders facing challenges of new proportions. Without a culture of trust, everyone loses.
This program is interactive and encourages discussion and the exchange of opinions and perspectives on what trust is and how to develop and apply trust-building characteristics. Individual, team and organizational assessments are available to identify current strengths and areas for improvement. Participants will walk away with tools and ideas that can be used in their organization’s trust-building efforts.
Integrity as a Culture – A Roundtable Discussion for Leaders
How do you build a workplace where doing the right thing is not only expected, but it is the norm? Studies have shown that even the smallest lapse in workplace integrity diminishes the quality of the workplace for all employees. The importance of ethical leadership cannot be understated. Leaders that exhibit ethical behavior are a powerful influence on the workplace. In this roundtable, we will discuss examples where leaders failed to “walk the [integrity] talk” and the impact their behavior had on the organization, relationships, and, ultimately, their career. We will provide participants with tools and ideas to use as they move forward in their quest to lead with integrity.
Basic Leadership Skills- Group or Individual Coaching
Too often, organizations overlook the need to develop the next generation of leaders. This coaching program is intended for high-performing individuals who are on the leadership track. We begin by working through the fundamentals of leadership and different leadership styles. Our program uses various individual assessments and tools to help the participants understand their specific tendencies and why that is important in the workplace. We work to understand the need to build trusted relationships and how to begin doing the work. Areas of focus are communication with clarity, setting expectations, accountability and consistency. This coaching program is developed to the participants’ individual and/or group requirements and typically span 6-12 months.
Advanced Leadership Skills- Group or Individual Coaching
This program focuses on individuals who are already in leadership or supervisory positions. We expand on fundamental leadership skills to build trusted, competent and confident leaders. We provide in-depth coaching on the 8-Pillars of Trust, conflict management and resolution and how to effectively communicate in difficult situations to maintain a high-performing team. This coaching program is developed to the participants’ individual and/or group requirements and typically span 6-12 months. Conflict Management and Resolution Skills
Conflict is a fact of life. Your organization’s success depends on how you deal with workplace conflict and disputes. We have developed several high-impact, customized and interactive training programs that focus on the conflicts often present in the workplace. Once completed, your leaders will be better positioned to effectively deal with the vast array of conflicts that occur in their workgroups.
Enhanced Communication Skills
Being able to effectively communicate is an essential skill in today’s workplace. We have several training programs that will help your leaders identify and understand various communication styles and tendencies. As a result of the interactive nature of this session, your leaders will not only learn how to communicate more clearly and effectively, but they will also learn how to adapt their style to a given situation.
